shipping and delivery

All orders take 5-15 business days to arrive. Please allow 24-48 hours for us to process your order.

  • Weekends and public holidays are not included in processing times
  • Due to high demand of our product going viral, shipping times may be slightly longer than usual. We appreciate your patience
  • If you place an order on Thursday or Friday, and its not fully processed by Friday evening, it will process the following Monday

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and courier details. You can use this to monitor delivery status. If you don’t receive tracking info within (5 days) after your order, please contact us.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within (7 days) of delivery with photos/videos of the issue plus your order number. We will review the case promptly and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?

If you realise you need to make a change or cancel the order, please contact us as soon as possible (via the “Contact” page) with your order number. We’ll do our best to accommodate — but once the order has entered its fulfilment/shipping stage, changes may no longer be possible.
